Design inspiration

The design emphasized functional, long-lasting materials with warm tones and personalized touches. The clients had a love for blue accents, which were beautifully incorporated into the bathroom design. Custom cabinetry was a key feature throughout the home, providing ample storage. Despite the kitchen being on the smaller side, it was tailored to the family’s lifestyle, with both a coffee bar and a wine bar included. The standout design element was the island’s side panels, which greet you as soon as you enter and set the tone for the home’s approachable luxury feel.

The result

With architectural drawings already in place, Waterfront Homes made several critical modifications to optimize the layout to improve the flow and functionality of the layout. Working closely with the original building designers, the team created a large mudroom with ample storage, a designated office nook, three spacious bedrooms, and a luxurious primary ensuite. The result was a home that perfectly matched the family’s needs while maintaining a sense of elegance and style.
